Acromion fractures are rare and represent approximately 5 to 10% of all scapular fractures, which represent 1% of all fractures. Good results can often be achieved by non surgical treatment and pseudarthrosis as a complication does not occur frequently, with few reported cases. There are no guidelines for the treatment of acromion fractures and especially the pseudarthrosis of the acromion. We present a case of female patient with a traumatic acromion fracture and eventually a pseudarthrosis of the acromion.
