The study reports the dispositions towards responsibility and decision making of 80 male and 104 female copreneurs in jointly owned and managed ventures. While the husband still tends to be the boss, the wife is an equal partner, since such relationships are based on a clear division of responsibilities and on mutual trust and confidence.
