Headache Medicine Certification Exam Application due 15 April 2006

The United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS) is offering a subspecialty certification examination for Headache Medicine in September 2006. The deadline to apply for the exam is April 15 2006. The fee for application and examination is $1200. The computer-based, multiple-choice exam will have 200 questions and will last 4 hours. Candidates will have the option of choosing a day (September 25–29, 2006) and can submit their preferred location for the exam.
