Abstract

In the 2020 issue of Women's Health Reports (vol. 1, no. 1; pp. 190–202), the article entitled “Sex Differences in Disease Profiles, Management, and Outcomes Among People with Atrial Fibrillation After Ischemic Stroke: Aggregated and Individual Participant Data Meta-Analyses” by Xia Wang et al. requires correction.
On page 195, Table 1, the values for “Women, n%” and “Men, n%” were mistakenly set under the incorrect headings from the row “Single/Windowed” to the end.
The table originally published as:
Characteristics of Nine Included Cohort Studies in Patients with Ischemic Stroke and Atrial Fibrillation, by Sex
Bold denotes statistically significant results.
BI, Barthel Index; GCS, Glasgow Coma Scale; mRS, modified Rankin scale; NIHSS, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale; SD, standard deviation.
The table has been revised as shown in the gray shading.
Characteristics of Nine Included Cohort Studies in Patients with Ischemic Stroke and Atrial Fibrillation, by Sex
Bold denotes statistically significant results.
BI, Barthel Index; GCS, Glasgow Coma Scale; mRS, modified Rankin scale; NIHSS, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale; SD, standard deviation.
The online version has been corrected to reflect this. The author apologizes for this error.
