Abstract
Introduction:
This video shows the novel technique and our experience of repairing urinary bladder defect with purely transurethral approach.
Materials and Methods:
We performed cystoscopy with intravesical suture in four cases of bladder defect that are persistent vesicovaginal fistula, iatrogenic bladder perforation, vesicouterine fistula, and bladder defect followed by bladder cuff excision.
Results:
These patients have had effective resolution of urine leakage after undergoing transurethral repair.
Conclusions:
Transurethral suture cystorrhaphy is a safe and effective option for bladder defect repair.
