Erratum

Abstract

The paper entitled "Peroxidase and Coupling Activities of Thyroid Peroxidase in Benign and Malignant Thyroid Tumor Tissues", by J. Takamatsu et al. in Thyroid 2:193-196, 1992, is corrected as follows. Line 5 of the Abstract should read: "The iodide oxidation activity of carcinoma was very low, about 1/25 ofthat in diffuse goiter" (rather than 1/150). The value for the diffuse goiter in the guaiacol assay in Table 1 is 4.1 ± 1.6 and not 21.8 ± 4.5.
