Abstract
Unintentional perioperative hypothermia can cause potentially life-threatening complications. The aim of this study was to determine the awareness and practices of nurses regarding unintentional perioperative hypothermia prevention. The study was conducted at a teaching hospital in Gambia with descriptive cross-sectional design. A total of 53 nurses voluntarily participated in this study.
