Abstract
In this report we describe a procedure for the depletion of erythrocytes in bone marrow harvests using the Fenwal CS-3000 Plus cell separator. In a study of 15 consecutive harvests, adequate red cell depletion could not be achieved with large-volume marrows with >500 ml erythrocytes.
