Abstract
The book "More Than Human" by Ramez Naam addresses a central point: if humans want to live longer, they must begin addressing not only the symptoms and problems associated with old age, but also the phenomenon of aging itself. By solving the mysteries of aging, this may (as a result) pave the way to providing cures to innumerable age-related diseases currently afflicting humans. The prospect of adding decades of good health to our lifespan and slowing, or even reversing, the human aging process is not only possible and within our reach, but we have never been closer to achieving it as we are right now.
