ABSTRACT
The management of obstructing lesions of the common bile duct (CBD) in children remains controversial. With increasing experience in laparoscopic surgery and refinement in the available instruments, laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE) is performed more frequently. We herein describe our technique for LCBDE.
