ABSTRACT
We report a successful video-assisted removal of a cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) of the lung in a 10-month-old child with bilateral lesions. The thoracoscopic approach made it possible to treat both sides simultaneously, avoiding bilateral thoracotomies.
