ABSTRACT
Unicornuate uterus with a noncommunicating horn is a rare congenital anomaly that can be difficult to diagnose. We present a case that highlights the clinical presentation and differential diagnosis and emphasizes the benefits of laparoscopic removal of this müllerian malformation.
