ABSTRACT
The therapeutic options available to laparoscopic surgeons continue to expand. We report the intracorporeal laparoscopic resection of a symptomatic Meckel's diverticulum in a 9-year-old boy with "occult" gastrointestinal bleeding. Excellent visualization of the diverticulum was achieved laparoscopically, and a totally intracorporeal resection was accomplished.
