Abstract
ABSTRACT
Intussusception is one of the most common diseases in pediatrie surgery. Surgical treatment is indicated if barium or hydrostatic reduction fails. The conventional surgical procedure is associated with complications such as postoperative pain, ileus, and wound infections. We successfully performed laparoscopic reduction of intussusception in 3 cases without complications. In 2 cases of ileo-colic intussusception, we reduced the intussusception intraperitoneally. And in 1 case of ileoileo–colic intussusception, we performed ileal resection using a laparoscopy-assisted technique because of an aberrant pancreas.
