Abstract
A 17-year-old boy with Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) developed acute and chronic renal failure. He was diagnosed as having this syndrome at the age of 8 years. He survived with conducting extracorporeal dialysis. At 20 years old, he required continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis. This is the report of a case of renal disease and long-term survival accompanying Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome.
