ABSTRACT
The immune state has been evaluated over an 11-year period in two individuals with Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS). In patient 1, serum concentrations of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and IgA stayed above normal almost constantly, whereas in patient 2, these levels remained almost within the normal range. The level of IgM remained low in both patients.
