Abstract
We report on a 21-year-old white man with X-linked hypogammaglobulinemia who developed Crohn's disease. The patient was evaluated for postprandial emesis, weight loss, anorexia, and anemia. After treatment with prednisone and sulfasalazine, the patient's symptoms resolved.
