Abstract
This is a case presentation of a child who had failure to thrive, recurrent pneumonia, atopy, and reactive airway disease secondary to both atopy and gastro-esophageal reflux (GER). Correction of the GER along with diet and management of atopy allowed this child to normalize. The mechanisms for asthma and GER are discussed.
