Abstract
Chronic sinus disease is a frequent clinical problem in pediatric practice. It often is associated with allergic rhinitis and may be enhanced by such mechanical factors as polyps, deviated septum, choanal atresia, foreign body, or tumor. Appropriate medical or surgical therapy and careful attention to associated clinical factors are necessary for control.
