ABSTRACT
Two patients presented with symptomatic cholelithiasis and cholecystitis and ventral herniae. In Case 1, an incarcerated supraumbilical hernia was present in a morbidly obese patient. In Case 2, an incarcerated incisional hernia was present. Both patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy and simultaneous herniorrhaphy. Technical details of the operative technique are presented.
