Laparoscopic management of congenital ovarian cysts is widely practiced but there is a dearth of information on the performance of the gonad where organ-preserving surgery is undertaken. Presented is a radiological diary documenting the progress of a complex congenital ovarian cyst from the antenatal period to a year postlaparoscopic decapsulation.
