The article by Y. Qi, Y. Chen, and J. Xiang in Journal ofInterferon and Cytokine Research, 16:771-776, 1996, entitled "Mouse Myeloma Cell Line Secreting Bifunctional Fusion Protein RM4/IFN-T Elicits Antitumor CD8 MHC Class I-Restricted T Cells That Are Cytolytic In Vitro and Tumoricidal In Vivo," inadvertantly refers to the type of interferon used as IFN-t (tau). The correct designation for the interferon used throughout the study is IFN-γ(gamma). The authors regret this error.
