Abstract
Treatments of isolated L929 cell nuclei with MuIFN-β reduced the energy-dependent ef flux of 3H-RNA from these nuclei in a dose-dependent manner. These observations provide evidence for a direct physiological effect of IFN on the cell nucleus.
