Abstract
ABSTRACT
A monodisperse aerosol generator (MAGE), has been used to generate calibration aerosols containing stearic acid and Rhodamine B500. The aerosols were used to assess particle deposition characteristics in the Andersen Mark II Ambient Sampler operating at varying flow rates. Particle size data showed that the aerosols were monodisperse and can therefore be used in the calibration of inertial impactors.
