Abstract
The development of lymphocele is a disturbing postoperative complication of radical pelvic surgery. In this paper, we report an unusual case of bilateral massive lymphocele developing only 1 week after radical hysterectomy. This lymphocele was worsened by the development of deep-vein thrombosis and was finally surgically drained by a functioning omental flap.
