Abstract
Two previously unreported complications of Macroplastique® (Uroplasty Ltd., Manchester, UK) implants for urodynamic stress incontinence are described in this paper: the apparent migration of a Macroplastique implant following an inadvertent treatment in early pregnancy and dyspareunia presenting 12 months following a Macroplastique treatment, requiring excisional treatment for symptom relief.
