Abstract
Background: Lymphangioma circumscriptum of the vulva is a rare complication following treatment of gynecologic malignancies, including cervical cancer. Case: We describe a patient who developed lymphangioma circumscriptum 8 years after radical surgery and radiotherapy for cervical cancer. The condition worsened after a period of observation and excision was subsequently performed with good results. Conclusion: Lymphangioma circumscriptum of the vulva can often be mananged successfully with surgical resection. (J GYNECOL SURG 20:93)
