ABSTRACT

The surgical technique used at the University of Oklahoma in construction of the ileocolonic continent urinary reservoir is described. Several modifications have been adopted into our present technique and have been used in women with and without previous pelvic irradiation, with comparable results. (J GYNECOL SURG 13:83, 1997)
