Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this report is to present a pilot study of the least accessed and least invasive approach that combines cholecystectomy and hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Cholecystectomy is performed laparoscopically and combined with hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy via the vaginal route in three patients. The operative procedure progressed without difficulty for the surgeon, and the postoperative period was satisfactory for the patients. The surgeon and gynecologist can judiciously combine these two major operations in a single operative session, providing maximum benefit for their patients through the least invasive and least accessed surgery.
