ABSTRACT
There has been concern about endometrial carcinoma occurring after endometrial ablation surgery since the development of the technique. We report on a patient who showed benign hyperplasia before ablation of the endometrium. She was diagnosed with endometrial carcinoma 6 months later and was treated by hysterectomy.
