ABSTRACT
Hysteroscopy with direct visualization of the uterine cavity has made intrauterine surgery easier and safer. Most hysteroscopes have one operating channel. This report illustrates the four-channel Baggish-Weck hysteroscope, which allows simultaneous clearing of the surgical field and lysis of adhesions. (J GYNECOL SURG 11:7, 1995)
