ABSTRACT
An extremely rare complication of a ring pessary, erosion through the vaginal mucosa, causing two rectovaginal fistulae is presented. Management of removal of the pessary and subsequent repair of the fistulae and the procedentia are described. (J GYNECOL SURG 10:93,1994)
