ABSTRACT
A case of advanced actinomycotic pelvic inflammatory disease was associated with severe retroperitoneal fibrosis, right ureteral obstruction, and extension to the iliopsoas muscles. Management consisted of surgical debridement, ureteral stent placement, and prolonged antibiotic therapy. (J GYNECOL SURG 10:41, 1994)
