ABSTRACT
A case is presented of a patient with congenital absence of the infundibular portion of both fallopian tubes. This defect was detected and treated by laparoscopy. A congenital etiology for this defect is proposed, and discussion of other possible etiologies is reviewed. (J GYNECOL SURG 10:193,1994)
