ABSTRACT
An asymptomatic case of rudimentary horn pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound is presented. This potentially lethal condition requires clinical suspicion, and ultrasound can be used to confirm the diagnosis. Excision of the rudimentary horn is recommended to prevent maternal mortality.
