ABSTRACT

The use of leuprolide acetate in depot form to reduce the size of uterine leiomyomas is well documented. This report presents a patient with symptomatic uterine leiomyomas who underwent preoperative treatment with leuprolide acetate and subsequent laparoscopicassisted vaginal hysterectomy.
