ABSTRACT
Two patients underwent laparoscopy for treatment of presumed ovarian cysts. Both patients were found at laparoscopy to have a simple cyst adjacent to the ovary. One cyst was removed through the laparoscope, and the other one was removed by laparotomy. Pathologic examination of the cysts revealed benign serous cystadenoma. (J GYNECOL SURG 8:187, 1992)
