CO 2 Laser Laparoscopy in Peritoneal Endometriosis and in Ovarian Endometrial Cyst

ABSTRACT

Seven hundred fourteen patients underwent CO₂ laser laparoscopy for endometriosis (mild = 343, moderate = 211, severe = 160). Following laser treatment the term pregnancy rate was 52% within 18 months. The operating time ranged from 30 to 60 minutes, and all patients were discharged the following day.
