ABSTRACT
Cervical stenosis is a well-described complication of cervical cone biopsy. Various therapies have been suggested to correct this problem. A case is described in which an abdominal-vaginal approach succeeded after local laser treatment of cervical stenosis failed to establish a patent endocervical canal. (J GYNECOL SURG 5:217, 1989)
