Abstract
ABSTRACT
This article describes another technical variation of an endoscopic salpingoneostomy using the endocoagulator to achieve patency and exposure of the endosalpinx and residual fimbrial tissue for the treatment of bilateral occlusive tubal disease with hydrosalpinx. The procedure can be performed with standard pelviscopic equipment when laser and suture techniques are not applicable. (J GYNECOL SURG 5:105, 1989)
