Abstract
ABSTRACT
The female lower genital tract is prone to the development of multicentric neoplasia. Multicentric squamous neoplasia of the cervix, vagina, and vulva, should be considered as a regional disease. An embryological predisposition to such regional multiple neoplasia has been proposed, and evidence in support of this hypothesis is presented. Vulvar neoplasia as it relates to several other genital tract neoplasia diseases is discussed.
