Abstract
Fantasy football and other daily fantasy sports have become popular pastimes for many people, whether they play for money or fun. Nelson noted in more than one of his writings that commercial operators such as FanDuel and DraftKings not only transformed daily fantasy sports, but they were also instrumental in spurring the mobile sports betting revolution by leveraging their expertise, driving technological innovation, and influencing the regulatory environment in favor of mobile-first betting platforms.
