A 62-Year-Old Male with a History of Recurrent TaNxMx Grade 3 Superficial Bladder Cancer Is Found to Have a Sizeable High-Grade Upper Tract Transitional Cell Carcinoma (UTTCC) of Renal Pelvis Not Amenable to a Percutaneous Approach.
