A 62-Year-Old Male Underwent a Radical Cystoprostatectomy, Right Nephroureterectomy and Creation of an Orthotopic Neobladder 8 Years Ago for T2MNxMx Bladder Cancer and T1NxMx Upper Tract Transitional Cell Carcinoma. He Now Has a 1.5 cm Papillary UTTCC Obstructing the Ureteropelvic Junction (UPJ). Which Endoscopic Modality Should Be Used to Address This UTTCC?
