A 60-Year-Old Male with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) Has Severe Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) Refractory To Maximal Medication. He Has a Qmax of 9 cm3/sec and a 50 cm3 Prostate on Transrectal Ultrasound. Which Transurethral Procedure Should This Patient Have to Relieve His LUTS and Improve His Urinary Flow?
