Abstract
Transperineal ultrasound-guided needle biopsy of the prostate was utilized to diagnose prostatic cancer in a patient with an elevated serum prostatic-specific antigen concentration and Crohn's disease who had previously undergone an ileostomy, total colectomy, and proctectomy.
