Abstract
Arteriocavernosal fistula resulting from blunt perineal trauma caused high-flow priapism in the patient described. The fistula was delineated by pudendal angiography and treated by percutaneous embolization, which resulted in successful resolution of priapism. We discuss the pathophysiology of high-flow priapism and offer recommendations for diagnosis and treatment.
