Abstract
Urinary incontinence and anastomotic stricture are the worst late complications of radical prostatectomy. We report on two patients affected with both urinary incontinence owing to sphincteric damage and anastomotic stricture. The strictures were treated in many ways but recurred. We treated the vesico-urethral junction stricture with implantation of metallic mesh in the strictured area and the urinary incontinence with implantation of an AMS-800 artificial sphincter.
