Abstract
Laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy, already becoming established for cancer of the prostate, also can be used in cancers of the bladder, penis, and urethra. The author discusses his experience with the technique, calling attention to the learning curve, and outlines the indications for laparoscopic lymphadenectomy in various genitourinary cancers.
