Abstract
Two patients with a Camey-Le Due substitution bladder who had unilateral ureteroileal stenoses were treated by percutaneous endoureteral incision using electrocautery and molding stents. The results were encouraging in one patient after a 12-month followup. In the other case, endourologic manipulation had solely a palliative purpose, as the stenosis was caused by local recurrence of an undifferentiated neoplasm. This technique may have utility in properly selected cases.
